Progression Through Unlearning II is a Progressive IPA brewed with spelt malt as well as some high dried barley malts. This batch was hopped entirely with a particularly dank and pungent lot of Columbus. Do you know yourself? Do you know the others?

From draft at TH. Pours a clear golden yellow. More vegetal than fruit or flora to me, but lots of dank, hoppy bitterness. Another interesting brew from TH

Had this fresh at Fermentaria and it was beyond enjoyable. Lots of dank and floral aromas and an intense bitterness that was balanced by an equally strong malt sweetness. Very tasty, indeed!
