Blackberry/Lemon Balm IPA brewed with oats. Conditioned extensively with heaps of local blackberries, lovingly processed in house, then dry-hopped aggressively with Galaxy and a hefty bunch of locally sourced lemon balm. A fragrant melange of bright citrus and poised hop bitterness!
