Squid Ink IPA brewed with oats and squid ink added to the kettle. Hopped singularly and intensely with the mighty Mosaic. A soft bouquet of rose petals and papaya.

Disappointed with this one. I love squid ink and thought this would be a dark-colored ale with flavors of the sea... but no luck. It is all yuzu, tartness and hops. No trace of squid, no trace of ink.
And- it is too cold for a cask serving.
