Microdose is our Crushable Chanterelle IPA brewed with raw wheat, malted oats, and fresh chanterelle mushrooms ('tis the season!). Hopped intensely with Saaz and Mandarina Bavaria. Dry hopped with a selection of very cool German hops: Callista, Hallertau Blanc, Saaz, and Hallertau Mittelfrüh. A whole lot of white grape, ripe apricot skin, and cucumber going on here. Slight and impactful.

16 oz. can. Pale yellow and hazy. Smells of light fruity hops and a distinctly deep earthy aroma. Tastes of light grassy hops, a bit of melon, and then deepens again with that earthiness. Maybe not so much earthy as a lack of bright yeastiness that you would normally get from the style. Light body. Drinkable and dynamic. Definitely doesn't taste like mushrooms.

From draft at TH. Cloudy, light yellow color with a nice head. Citrus notes with plenty of hoppy bitterness on the finish. Great flavor in a low abv brew. Delicious!
