Lemon Balm & Borage IPA brewed with a grist of malted rye and raw white wheat. Hopped heavily in the kettle with German Callista. Dry hopped with an array of new school German hops and conditioned on Lancaster county lemon balm and borage flowers. Notes of peach skin, asian pear, watermelon, papaya, and lemon cucumber. High summer in beer form.
