Peach India Oat Kölsch. Brewed with oats, then cold fermented for a dry, crisp finish. Dry-hopped with heavy measures of Galaxy. Conditioned on top of copious amounts of local peach purée, lovingly processed in house. Peaches provided by our best dude Ben Wenk of @3springsfruit in beautiful Adams County, PA. A beautifully refined summertime crusher! Subtle notes of dried apricot, Grüner Veltliner, and candied orange peel.

From a 16oz can dated 04/17/19. Pours a cloudy straw yellow. Nice citrus notes on the nose and palate, along with hoppy dankness. The can release description stated that this edition used Citra as well as Australian Galaxy hops, and came in at 4.0% abv. Great flavor at a sessionable level. A terrific summer thirst quencher.
