Screens is a Green Peppercorn Brett Witbier and the third installment in our Summer of Witbier Solera. Brewed with raw & malted wheat, and fermented with the same blend of Brettanomyces and classic witbier yeast from the previous beers in this series. Conditioned on brined green peppercorns and blended with a bit of mature, oak fermented stock. Notes of dandelion, preserved lemon, and green strawberry. You may look, but you may not pass.
