Bright and Spicy IPA brewed with German Pilsner malt and spelt. Mashed atop locally foraged spice bush branches and then spiced in the kettle with red and green spice bush berries and leaves. Intensely and exclusively hopped and dry hopped with expressive and pungent Mosaic powder. This one is beautifully bright and zippy... full of lemon/lime, fresh cut grass, floral tea, and blueberry haze.
