16oz can into a pint glass. Canned 9/18/23, so almost 4 weeks old.
Splendid looking beer. Bright pale amber body with a persistent frothy white head. Leaves a sheet of speckled lacing. Aroma is bready and malty, with a hint of hop. However, on tasting, it's heavily hopped and bitter, the malt can't rise to equal it. Finish is bitter and slightly sour. Overall, a bit hop heavy for this palate. Little caramel malt flavor.

16 oz can poured into a pint glass
A- A clear golden straw with a fast fading white head.
S- Toasted malts, touch of caramel malts, balanced earthy hops, touch of light fruits.
T- Toasted malts, sweet bread, caramel malts, touch of light fruits, some earthy hops.
M- Smooth, medium body.
O- I was hoping it would have some more caramel malts, but still a well brewed Oktoberfest.
