Pfiff Pils is a Hoppy Pils brewed with a base of German Pilsner malt and a touch of raw wheat. Hopped very assertively with Hallertau Mittelfrüh & Hallertau Blanc, and fermented cool with our house lager strain. Dry hopped with more Mittelfrüh and cold conditioned for many moons. Notes of bold green herbs, brisk minerality, crisp grains, and white pepper.
