Pneumatic Spray Mist is a Lime Leaf Juniper Witbier; the fourth and final installment in our Witbier Solera. Brewed with malted oats & rye, steeped with whole juniper berries in the kettle, and hopped with Galaxy & Motueka. Fermented with the same blend of Brettanomyces and classic Witbier yeast from the previous beers in this series, and conditioned on a mountain of fresh kaffir lime leaf. Notes of oily citrus, tropical funk, crisp linen, pineapple sage, and hay.
