From draft at TH. From the tap list: "Weird IPA 6.6% The latest in our series of rambling, exploratory IPAs. Brewed with a base of Pilsner malt and a generous helping of russet potatoes in the mash. Conditioned on luscious fig puree, spiced with ground nutmeg, and dry hopped with Galaxy and Mandarina Bavaria. Notes of drippy tropical fruit, fragrant wintergreen, white peach, and clementine zest." Another fun experiment! I thought the nutmeg and wintergreen spice notes were attractive.
