Carrot Cake Milkshake is the latest iteration of our culinary IPA series, brewed with oats, lactose sugar, and whole local carrots in the boil. It was then conditioned atop heaps of even more carrot purée, Madagascar vanilla beans, cinnamon, clove and allspice. Intensely hopped with Mosaic and Citra. Dreamt up with our dear friends from Omnipollo in Stockholm, Sweden. Full notes of luscious sweet potato, candied orange, Cinnabon, maple syrup, and Thanksgiving.

Had a pint at the Brew Cafe.
L - Poured a hazy orange with a white head.
S - Smells of vanilla and maple syrup.
T- Deliciously sweet milkshake, with some maple syrup on the finish.
F - Full bodied with medium carbonation.
O - I haven't had many of their milkshake IPA's, but this one was really good.

Perhaps a little more bitter on the finish than other versions of the milkshake style.
