Wayward Canoe is an English Mild brewed with a plethora of specialty malts. Gently hopped in the kettle with Loral Lupulin Powder and then fermented and conditioned entirely in stainless steel. Comforting & life affirming. Notes of molasses, biscuits, bakers chocolate, and dried fig.

From draft at TH. Pours a clear, dark brown. Roasted malt, biscuit., chocolate on the nose and palate. Lovely example of an English Mild, and reminded me of many visits to UK pubs.
