Brewed with oats, Victory malt , Crystal malt and wildflower honey. Hopped heavily in the kettle with Simcoe and Mosaic, then aggressively dry hopped with Cascade and Mosaic. Happy, happy, joy, joy! Notes of pinecone resin, peach, Valencia orange zest, and freshly picked flowers.
