Biere de Mars brewed with Château Monastique and Pilsner malt. Hopped aggressively with French Strisselspalt. Fermented with out favorite lager yeast and our magickal saison yeast, then conditioned on smoked paprika. Notes of black tea, lemon zest, tobacco leaf, and savory biscuits.
