Waka Waka is a Passion Fruit Double IPA. Brewed with red wheat. Hopped in the kettle with Mosaic and Amarillo. Conditioned on a ridiculous amount of passion fruit purée. Then assertively dry hopped with heaps of Wakatu and a touch of Citra.

From draft at TH. Pours a typically cloudy straw yellow. Lovely citrus fruit nose, and tartness on the palate. More bitter on the finish than other recent TH DIPAs to me. May be the higher alcohol.
