Science Experiment VIII is the 8th iteration of our Weird IPA series. Brewed with a touch of oat malt and absolutely no hops of any kind in the kettle. Instead we shifted our usual kettle hop quantities to a massive dry hop with Mosaic, Hallertau Blanc, Mandarina Bavaria, and Chinook. Notes of lemon meringue pie, mango custard, canned pineapple, and strawberry rhubarb jam. Stay weird, Ardmore.

Had a pint at the Fermentaria.
L - Pours a hazy yellow with a frothy white head.
S - Smells very citrusy.
T - Tastes of lemon meringue and pineapple.
F - Really soft mouthfeel. It felt like I was drinking a lemon meringue pie.
O - Really tasty IPA. I enjoyed this one a lot. Wishing I picked up a growler.

From draft at TH. Pours a pale, cloudy yellow with a modest head. Nice tropical notes on the nose and palate, along with a little dank. Another nice experiment.
