It pours peach-orangeish with a pink tint to it and a nice smooth looking head. The aroma is hoppy and with some peach and tropical fruit. Very nicely balanced and with a smooth bitter aftertaste. A very enjoyable IPA that pairs well with ood.

From 16oz can. Pours a brownish yellow. Reminded me of TH's Science Experiment IV last year. Pleasant nose and palate. No sign of anything pizza-like, but still tasty.

This one pours a very thick looking orange, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

The aroma brings nothing that screams "pizza!" I get some pineapple, wheat, and other citrus, and a little bit of honey.

There's really nothing here that would suggest this is made to taste like pizza. It tastes like a slightly dank and very citrusy IPA, with some slight grape flavor, and maybe a little bit of lemon- is that from the basil? I get no pizza crust or tomato paste, and honestly...that's fine. It feels a little soapy, and honestly tastes too "heavy."

This is thick and creamy, with a soft level of carbonation.

This fails as a pizza beer. As a NE-style IPA, it's average.

Poured into a snifter. Very hazy/turbid dark yellow color, like an acorn. Medium sized white head. As expected this is interesting. The first whiff brought citrus, but on closer inspection I also got tomato, oregano, and bread. Same on the palate. There are components of a citrusy and bitter IPA but mixed in there is a grassy, herbal quality. The citrus fades and the finish is herbal, spicy, and with a hint of tomato - probably because I was looking for it. I get what they have done, but too much of a mash-up for me.

Opaque orange with a thick, white lumpy foam.

Smell is kind of funky pungent cat and rug with sticky lemon and orange.

Taste has a tangy wild herb spiciness with orange and grapefruit, and I'm actually getting a baked pizza crust sort of malt in the aftertaste.

Frothy, this one has a medium-light body that's swishy with a bit of a chew dry finish.

Look is a hazy, almost dirty light brown. Poured with a finger of light tan head.

Aroma is definitely different. Definitely pizza like. Oregano and the Luke, along with some dank and earthy hops.

Taste follows nose. Hints of pizza spices, and some earthy hops lingering in the background. Really odd combo of flavors.

Feel is soft and smooth. Mouthfeel is moderate to full. Carb is on the lower side.

Overall a really odd combo for an ipa. Yet somehow, it still comes out pretty good. This idea could have easily been a train wreck but somehow it manages to come out pretty drinkable.

Pours a hazy light gold, almost cream color with a small bit of white foamy head. Not much on the nose. Slight herbal and citrus smell. I'm getting a lot of oregano and other Italian spices on the taste. Danker than other Tired Hands beers I've had. Medium smoothness. Interesting beer, and I'm not getting pizza exactly, but the herbs do add something to it.

Excited to try this one - could be gross, could be wonderful, who knows. Tried a can day of. Turned out to be a lot less crazy than I thought. Notes of tomato paste and crust were there, couldn't really get any basil. Solid IPA, but didn't taste strongly of pizza - probably a good thing? Although could benefit from those umami/piney/armpit-tasting hops = more pizza, more interesting.

16 oz can, dated 2/26/18, poured into a tulip

A- A hazy reddish copper with a two finger white head.

S- Herbal, pizza spices, some citrus/lemons, touch of merlot juice.

T- Herbel, lemons, some citrus, pizza spices, touch of doughiness, touch of wine.

M- Smooth, medium body.

O- Flavor is in the light side, not really an IPA. Just glad I can’t taste the tomato paste. A fun experiment, I like the idea, but not fully hit the mark with this one.
