Canned 4/20. A bright straw color with an inch of head following the pour, leaves modest lacing as it dissipates. A little floral smell but a bit of a sourness and a nice underlying sweetness. Taste is bitter and dry grass. Well carbonated but there is a lasting after-taste of the brut, or at least that's why I attribute it to. Not anything I would look forward to trying again but still a decent beer.

Hi-Fi - Tired Hands
Brut IPA - 7% abv
Canned 4/26/18 (10 days ago)
L - dense, fluffy white 2-finger head atop a translucent yellow body.
S - grapefruit juice, candy, pine.
T - lots of pithy grapefruit. Piney middle. Finishes dry. Moderate bitterness. No sweetness. Low booziness.
F - medium body and carb.
O - does not come off at all like a Tired Hands IPA. More of a traditional ipa. Still very enjoyable.
