From draft at TH. From the tap list: "Horchata Milkshake IPA is our latest heavily amplified psychedelic riff on THE boundary-pushing Culinary IPA series. Brewed with gobs of oats, rice, and lactose sugar. Conditioned atop of luscious Madagascar vanilla beans and heaps upon heaps of cinnamon. Intensely hopped and then dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra. Notes of gooey cinnamon rolls, vanilla gelato, tapioca pudding and apple cider donuts. Dreamt up as always with our sweet angle life mates at @omnipollo." Cloudy TH IPA pour with spice on the nose (more like coriander or cardamom to me, maybe, than cinnamon and similar palate. very creative though I might not drink it very often.
