Science Experiment IX is the latest iteration in our series of Weird IPAs. This version, which we are calling a Caribbean IPA was brewed with malted oats, aromatic jasmine rice, and a touch of high dried barley, and spiced with annatto seed in the kettle. Conditioned on plantain chips and dry hopped aggressively with Hallertau Blanc, Amarillo, Hüll Melon, and Mandarina Bavaria. Notes of juicy apricot, cucumber, white pepper, mango mochi, and watermelon rind.

Had at a bar in Philly. One of the most distinctive TH beers I've ever had. Tasted like birthday cake - fragrant, vanilla. Cloudy pour.

From draft at TH. Typical cloudy pour; straw yellow with nice head. Mild nose and more flavorful on the palate with pepper on the finish
