Grafted Oblivex is a mashup of our beers Grafted Humanoid and Oblivex. A Gewürztraminer Double IPA brewed with a base of malted spelt and oats. During fermentation we dosed it with a heavy amount of fresh pressed juice from one of our favorite white wine grape varietals, Gewürztraminer, just like Grafted Humanoid. We then mercilessly dry hopped it with Citra and Amarillo, just like Oblivex =). Notes of grape gummies, green grass, perfect summer peach and tangerine.

Poured from a 16 ounce can dated 5/25/18. Pours a hazy gold with about a finger's worth of foam. Smell is citrus with a little bit of grape. It doesn't hit you over the head, but is still nice. Taste is dank on the start but finishes sweet, as I'm used to with Tired Hands. A little heavier on the feel, but quite creamy. A nice take on the beer.

Very hazy, almost cloudy, light peach color with a fat finger of foamy, near-white head. Sheets of lacing.
Lovely aroma of mango, white wine, flowers and fresh green herbs.
Similarly "green" tasting with more bitter herbs, some cut grass, light peach, light citrus and a refined white wine taking the lead, and just a hint of tropical fruit and vanilla in the background. Nice moderate bitterness in the finish.
Full bodied with a little creaminess and good carbonation in the feel.
At a month old this is incredibly refreshing, with a great herbal bitterness not too common to NEIPAs.
