Corn IPA. 6.2% Brewed with local malted corn from our pals at Deer Creek Malthouse, and with fluffy oats. Hopped intensely with Chinook and Azacca.
-Notes of Aperol spritzer, zippy zest, lemon balm, dank stuff, and cantaloupe.

Per the menu, it was called a "Corn IPA".
Overall, it was a solid IPA, not really sure what characteristic the corn added. It was easy to drink and it was smooth. The nose was fruity hoppy and the taste followed suit. Hop Hands is better in my opinion, but glad that I tried it.
