Brewed in July of 2017 with a grist comprised of wheat, rye, and oats and cofermented with fresh New York Riesling juice from the 2017 harvest in stainless steel. Racked to Vin Santo barrels and aged for six months. Comprised of 49% Riesling juice and 51% Saison. Bottled in June of 2018. Complex but airy notes of nectarine, lemon meringue, lemon haze, light matcha, and Tahitian vanilla bean.

Poured from a corked bomber into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Nearly clear light golden pour with negligible head. no real lacing... not the prettiest. Some sediment/debris at the end of the pour.
S: Sweet white wine... grape and funk. Fruit.
T.F: Tart and funky mixed with sweet white whine. Grape must, pear, green apple skin, and light lemon citrus. Funk and oak... bacterial flora, apple cider vinegar, and pepper. Crisp... complex, and gets better as it warms. Medium bodied... light carbonation.
O: Absolutely fantastic. Sweet white wine, tart funk, and Tired Hands classic saison flavor. Lovely beer.

Thanks to CanConPhilly for this one from NBS BIF #9. Poured a lightly cloudy pale straw color with just a thin cap of white head that had no retention or lacing.
The aroma was light grain, some oak, some grape, and a slight touch of vinegar.
The flavor profile was the same, with the grape having a bit stronger of a presence.
The body was light, crisp, sharp, and had a very dry finish.
Drinkability was very good, an interesting brew. Overall, a very nice brew, a must hit if you see it.

This one pours a mostly clear, slightly hazy straw yellow color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
Given that this 49% riesling juice, lightly sweet grape juice unsurprisingly dominates the aroma, with additional sweet candied pineapple juice, white pepper, and grass filling out the aroma.
This might be the closest to actual wine I've had with beer- the grape juice addition just dominates here, but it's still done well. There's a soft and slightly tart fruitiness, with some classic peppery saison flavors on the back end.
This is light bodied, juicy, and lightly/softly carbonated- it almost feels like drinking actual juice. It goes down so easily.
This is a really unique beer- even down to the bottle, which was clear with an intriguing label sticker. Tired Hands continues to push the envelope in a (mostly) good direction.
