From a magnum that I’d nearly forgotten about but kept cool in a wine cellar. Delicious!

Poured from a magnum into a tulip
L: Pale golden pour with a finger of fizzy white head. Relatively modest ring of lacing.
S: Tart and funky. Green fruit and rhubarb.
T.F: Just like it smells. Complex, tart, funky, and acidic. Rhubarb comes in up front. Lemon rind, unripened stone fruits, and what I'm assuming is the elderflower follow. A good mix of spice and yeast. Light bodied and well carbonated.
O: I'm a sucker for Tired Hands saisons, and this one was fantastic. A typical tired hands brew, and the rhubarb added a little something extra. This was a great magnum to share.
