Raspberry Green Tea Milkshake IPA is the next leap forward in the evolution of our boundary pushing Culinary IPA series. Perhaps our softest and most delicate iteration to date, this was brewed with the same pillowy Milkshakey base as ever (originally brewed with our darlings at @omnipollo back in 2015). Built on abundant malted oats, wheat, and sweet n supple lactose sugar. Conditioned atop an extraordinary amount of lush & pungent red raspberry purée, a hefty dose of delicate green tea and, of course, a beautiful amount of vibrant and sticky Madagascar vanilla beans. Intensely hopped and dry-hopped with Mosaic and Citra.

Poured into an IPA glass from a growler.
Cloudy and brown without much head.
I would say that the raspberry and vanilla come thru noticeably. The tea is subtle at best. The hops are not too over the top. Carbonation is low but adequate.
Interesting, but not so much as to catapult it to stardom.

Poured from a tallboy can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Hazed dull maroon/brown pour with 2 fingers of fizzy white head. Falls fast... solid lacing.
S: Raspberry juice and tea. Fruit and berry.
T.F: Follows the nose. Sweet/tart raspberry up front. Strong berry/fruit flavors... green tea, lactose, and vanilla all present. Lighter citrus and tropicals. Very modest bitterness and the raspberry dominates. Sticky on the tongue. Medium bodied.
O: As expected another fantastic milkshake IPA from Tired Hands. Very solid flavor combo... easy drinking.
