Puke colored salmon-tan with fuzzy, airy piss bubbles that die to a thin chain around the rim.
This is acidic and bitter af, with little to no fruit beside a faintly indiscernible tang of lemon rind and a light darkness. Smell contributes a bit of cherry chapstick, but that's not really a compliment.
A crisp but firm carbonation runs through the medium body, finishing lightly powder dry with an acidic sting. And it's just too bitter, particularly because I wasn't expecting any bitterness out of this.

Limited sweetness in this beer. Decent taste, with limited sweetness as seemingly indicated in the cherry cheesecake name on this beer. Solid bitterness in the finish with mild sweetness.
