A slight finger's worth of fizzy bone white head... The color is a pale godlen honey... Loads of carbonation throughout... Bright and efforvescent nose... Peaches and oak are at the forefront, but there are also notes of barnyard and faint hops... The flavor profile is equally lively... All the characters from the aroma are present, but the the peaches are slightly tart and unripe as opposed to sweet... Lots of layers of complexity... Light bodied... Prickly carbonation... Saliva-inducing... Overall a really really good beer from Tired Hands, which should come as now surprise... Lots of depth and nuance which make this a bit more than your average run of the mill Saison...

Light gold, effervescent pour. The peaches come through first, especially strong on the first few sips. Upon warming, the beer becomes more bitter in a fruity way, aided by a three-dry hop attack.

Very hazy straw color with a soapy white head that dissipates quickly after an aggressive pour per the style. The color is reminiscent of some of the best Mosaic-hopped IPA’s I’ve had.

The peaches are prominent on the nose, as to be expected, and there’s the funky wild ale notes associated with the style, but what intrigues me most is the earthy aromas - they almost remind me of compost. I know that maybe sounds weird or bad, but it’s not - it gives this beer unexpected body for a 5.5% ABV beer.

The taste ..... tart. REALLY tart, but in a good way, with the peaches shining through along with the earthy notes for balance. The mouthfeel is crisp and spritzy, again per the style.

This fruity, tart wild ale is executed so well, not surprising coming from Tired Hands. They are the real REAL deal, IMHO.

Pours a creamy looking golden color. 2 finger white head. The head retention is good. Some lacing on the glass.
Aroma - Funky! I got a really wild, funky aroma opening up the bottle. Up close I get just a funk bomb. I get lots of wild fruit, and wild flowers. It's a tart aroma also. Really complex, and hard to put to words.
Taste - Funky, and wild tasting. Fruity. Slightly tart. So many flavors mixed into this beer.
Crisp feeling. The feeling lingers in my throat. It's almost like a really hopped IPA how much it clings to my throat.
I am a fan of wild beers, and this is a wild one. Quite good.

Poured from a tall bottle into a Dogfish Head tulip

L: Clear light golden/straw colored pour. Thick foamy white head... falls fast with a nice ring of lacing.

S: Crisp and tart. Some funk... citrus and barrel.

T.F: Tart up front. Lemon/citrus and mild acidity. Funky and fruity... the peaches come in a bit later but are pretty subdued. White wine and barrel character... pear and green apple. Light bodied and well carbonated. More fruit and funk at the finish.

O: This is definitely a Tired Hands brew... complex... tart bordering on sour, refreshing, and delicious. Great mix of flavors and a nice light sipper.

Cascading from the bottle, Quaggy looks like lemon juice. In the glass, Quaggy looks like lemon juice. A vibrant but clouded straw yellow with only a perimeter ring of white bubbles is about all she wrote.

Acidic aromas mostly comprised of lemons, lime, and green apple skins. Touches of passion fruit, orchard fruits, and old, damp wood. An interesting yellow curry like spice to it on the finish, which is a first for me.

Starts off… hold a sec. Wow, does this thing punch your tongue with some acidity! Anyway, moving on… Lemon and lime once again take lead. A touch of funky passion fruit and peach flesh leads into that similar musty barnyard siding, and yet another first, a kalamata olive finish. I've experienced some olive like notes, mostly in stouts, but nothing quite like this. For what it's worth, I absolutely love kalamata olives.

Thin bodied, light carbonation, and puckering tartness. A little earthy feeling, meaning dirty on the lips, and any sweet or bitter elements are nearly undetectable thanks to the lovely sour dominance.

If this wasn't so tart, this thing would be gone in seconds. It just straddles that line of being insanely drinkable, but I'm glad it's not. I'll enjoy sipping on this for a while.

Clear straw with strong effervescence and a finger of white head that leaves sheets of lacing.

Sour peach and a hint of barnyard in the nose.

The taste follows closely. There’s a hint of vanilla and honey added to the peach flavors, and a nice tartness to go with the sour. A little apple, too. There’s a hint of funk and wood, but they’re restrained.

Lightly oily feel that’s cut by strong, soft fizz.

Very nice, summery showcase for the peach. Not a ton of depth for a Tired Hands saison, but very pleasant nonetheless.

From draft at TH. From the tap list: “Dry Hopped Peach Saison. 5.5% Blend of stainless and foudre conditioned saisons from our Dispensary. Conditioned on second use local peaches from our pal Ben Wenk at Three Springs Fruit Farm in Adams county. Thoughtfully dry hopped with Jean’s hand selected Nelson Sauvin. Notes of bellini, Sauvignon Blanc Pet-Nat, graham cracker pie crust, and fall hay rides.”

Really delicious
