L - chocolate lavender? I'm not even sure what to think anymore. Pours a dark brown--almost black-- with a loud, fizzy, popping head. Quick dissipation as with all loud beers. Leaves just a teensie tiny ring of mocha lacing.
S - aroma is overwhelmingly lavender. Smells like Valentine's Day. Brown sugar, flowers, and milk chocolate. So weird to be smelling my grandma's bathroom while drinking an imperial stout.
T - okay, here's the stout. Up front we see notes of cinnamon, chocolate cake, roasted barley, and christmas-time spices. It's hard to pinpoint exact flavors because you only have a few seconds before the lavender washes over all your hard work and you're left with soap and candles. What's terrifying is this is 10%...
F - not as fizzy as the look would suggest. Not terribly heavy either, but moderately smooth with low-ish carbonation levels. Enjoyable to drink and goes down too easy. Again, 10% = zoinks.
O - it's a novelty for sure. I've seen lavender in beer and it doesn't usually work. This... I guess it's passable. The lavender definitely consumes, but there is a decent amount of chocolately sweetness to help balance things out. It's a fun beer.

Pours jet black with fine, chocolate colored foam.
Smell is sweet with a lot of lavender covering some milk chocolate, coffee and toffee.
Taste is rich and sweet, with a nice balance between the floral lavender and malty chocolate. Minor notes of fudge, coffee and cinnamon.
Mouthfeel is rich and thick, well carbonated.
Overall, a really interesting beer. This could easily have gone off the rails with the lavender, but stays inbound. Good balance, and great mouthfeel.

Pours a near black with a finger of brown head that doesn't stick around.
Smells of roasty malts and chocolate. Not getting much of the lavender(I'm ok with that).
Taste follows with the tasty malt and chocolate. Faint lavender notes.
Medium to full body, smooth, could use a bit more carb.
Overall a good dessert stout.

Pours a lovely dark chocolate color with close to two fingers of fizzy, mocha-colored head that’s pretty quick to dissipate. Moderate lacing.
Big lavender in the aroma with some red wine, umami, roasted malt and light chocolate behind.
Chocolate and lavender stand out up front in the taste. There’s roasted malt beneath that approaches having a roasted nuts character, as well as some fairly strong salt, raspberry jam and light red wine. Light cocoa, chocolate ganache and hop bitterness lingers in the aftertaste.
Full bodied with a slick feel and low carbonation, but with the salt giving a prickly impression of you let it sit on the tongue.
This is actually a fairly tasty dessert stout. Too much lavender and salt for me to drink a pint easily though.
