From draft at TH. From the tap list: “Sweet Potato Casserole Double Milkshake is the latest heavily amplified psychedelic riff on THE boundary-pushing Culinary IPA series. Brewed with gobs of oats, sweet potatoes, marshmallow, cinnamon, brown sugar, and lactose sugar. Conditioned atop luscious Madagascar vanilla beans, sweet potato purée, marshmallow, and toasted pecans. Intensely hopped and then dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra. Dreamt up with our eternal cloud angel life mates at Omnipollo! Notes of pumpkin pie filling, blueberry strudel, graham cracker, and chai latte.”
Lots of great flavors on the nose & palate, but the higher ABV leaves a little too much heat on the finish.
