Brewed with a plethora of specialty malts and Maitake Mushrooms that were foraged locally by Jean. Solely and thoughtfully hopped with UK 1st Gold. Fermented in stainless with our expressive house ale yeast.

On tap at Tired Hands Brew Cafe.
Pours a semi clear yellow with fine, wispy foam.
Smell is floral with notes of boiled vegetables and some veggie stock.
Taste is mild, floral and a hint funky with notes of vegetables and mildew.
Mouthfeel is medium and well carbonated.
Overall, a beer that is more odd and interesting than good.
