Trapper Pie II is the second coming of our collaborative mixtape with our good pals at @casitabrews. This time Ryan and I brewed a S’Mores IPA with goopy oats, spelt, and lactose sugar. Conditioned atop heaps of house toasted marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs, cacao nibs, and Madagascar vanilla beans. Hopped AND dry hopped aggressively with a blend of Ekuanot, Hallertau Blanc, Simcoe, and Columbus.
