Passionfruit Double Milkshake IPA is our immensely tropical and juicy iteration of our genre defining Culinary IPA series. Brewed with fluffy malted oats and red wheat and hopped AND dry hopped intensely, as per usual, with hand selected Citra and Mosaic. Conditioned atop heavy amounts of the stickiest & pungent fresh passionfruit purée around as well as heaps Madagascar vanilla beans. Notes of mango lassi, passionfruit custard, sugar cookies, and orange julius.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on January 8, 2019. Brewed with malted oats and red wheat and hopped with Citra and Mosaic. Tastes like a citrus smoothie.

From draft at TH at today’s can release. A classic TH milkshake IPA with a little extra horsepower in the ABV. Quite tart from the passionfruit puree, with a touch of heat from the alcohol. A little too high in ABV for my preferences but it is certainly one delicious beer.
