From draft at TH. From the tap list: “Resilience: Butte County Proud IPA 7.0% Our contribution to Sierra Nevada’s Camp Fire Relief program, to benefit those impacted by the devastating wildfires in California’s Butte County. Brewed in classic Sierra fashion with the glorious Cascade and Centennial hops, and fermented with the classic yeast associated with that brewery. Thank you, Sierra, for this initiative, and all of your pioneering efforts. Notes of sticky grapefruit pith, light toast, rose petal, sappy fir needles, and solidarity.” A very West Coast IPA. Kudos to TH for joining the nation-wide brewery effort to brew this beer.
