Our Extremely Comfortable and Predictable Double IPA. Brewed with our faithful base of fluffy malted oats and texturally rich wheat. Intensely hopped and dry-hopped with with synapse coating doses of Galaxy, Citra, Mosaic, and Motueka. Dripping from the vaulted ceilings with notes of dense guava, stone fruit sorbetto, candied green strawberry, lemongrass, and mango leather.

Very easy drinking, especially considering the ABV.

Murky, dark orange brew with an almost greenish tint. Head production, retention, and lacing are all quite nice. Brew is pulpy and legitimately opaque.
Nose features a restrained but significant hoppiness. Tones range from bright herbs (oregano, basil, mint, pepper) to juicy fruit (mango, papaya, pineapple) to mild dankness. Light honey and cream from the malt base.
Smooth, rich, and creamy on the palate. Fruit and herbs dance up front: pineapple, lemongrass, mint, oregano, mango, papaya. Dank and sweet middle third, but it does not last long. Guava, strawberry, orange, lemon, and cream on the finish.
Exceptionally soft and creamy texture, likely owing more to the wheat than the oats. Still sufficiently lively, with a little bit of a bite.
