Collaboration with Half Acre Beer Company and Troon Brewing
Brewed with malted rye with adjusted mash pH of PUPA using laco-acidified Metamorphosis: Caterpillar wort from a brew at Troon. PUPA was hopped in the kettle with New Zealand Cascade and German Callista. Dry hopped with Citra, New Zealand Cascade and German Callista.

L - massive, frothy bright white head atop an opaque, muddy yellow body.
S - grapefruit, orange, herb.
T - very citrus-forward. Grapefruit flesh, dank, followed by earthy hops. Bready, doughy middle, with some sour lemon. Moderate-low bitterness. Low sweetness. Low booziness.
F - medium body and carb.
O - well made, but pretty standard stuff.
