From draft at TH. From the tap list: “Spumoni Double Milkshake IPA: The next iteration in our genre defining Culinary IPA series. Brewed to evoke the classic Italian dessert with an array of malted oats, red wheat and lactose. Hopped AND dry hopped intensely with Citra & Mosaic. Conditioned atop heavy amounts of rich cacao, sweet-tart cherry, and ground pistachio, as well as heaps of Madagascar vanilla beans. Brewed in concert with our telepathic cousins over at Omnipollo. Notes of Maraschino cherry, Turkish delight, blueberry chewies, and chocolate covered strawberry.” Lots and lots of flavor, though a little heat on the finish.
