From draft at TH. From the tap list: “Interstitial Life: French Pale Ale. 6% Brewed entirely with pilsner malt grown in France. Thoughtfully hopped in the kettle solely with French Strisselspalt. Then aggressively dry hopped with French Aramis and even more Strisselspalt. Notes of ripe starfruit, freshly halved Charentais melon, crisp Muscadet and earl grey tea.” Refreshing!
