Poured from a Crowler into a Dogfish Head tulip 3 days after purchase from the brewpub.
L: Hazed burgundy pink pour with thick fizzy white head. Great lacing.
S: Plum, grains, and saison yeast. Fruit and funk.
T/F: Follows the nose. Light grains... very modest tartness. Fruity... strong plum, but also grape, berry, and hibiscus. Creamy carbonation... light and super drinkable. Some funk from the saison yeast.
O: An outstanding Biere de Garde... great flavor and complexity... light and easy drinking. Wish this was regularly available.
