From draft at TH. From the tap list: “Kesey's Passionfruit: Sour IPA. 7.5% Brewed with fluffy malted oats and creamy lactose sugar. Naturally soured in the kettle with a blend of souring bacteria. Assertively hopped in the kettle with Citra. Fermented in stainless with our expressive house ale yeast. Conditioned on a totally excessive amount of goopy passion fruit purée. Exceptionally dry-hopped with Galaxy, Sabro and citra. Notes of freshly squeezed Valencia orange, strawberry cotton candy, sunbeams and lemon meringue.” Very tasty and the lactose adds a touch of sweetness to an otherwise tart brew.
