A- A hazy golden straw with a two finger white head.
S- Citrus, a little earthy, herbal, some tropical fruits, touch of pale malts.
T- Citrus, melons, tropical fruits, slightly earthy/herbal, touch of pale malts.
M- Smooth, light to medium body.
O- Nice hop combo, kind of wish you it was boiled to add some hop bitterness but still works without it.

From a 16oz can purchased on release. From the Instagram post: “I Was Just Thinking About You, You #2 is our No-boil Intraconically Hopped Double IPA. Brewed with a stripped down, simple base of barley and oats, and not boiled. We hopped this one throughout fermentation with our best Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe. Notes of musky grapefruit zest, trifoliate orange, unripe pineapple, and Alfonso mango. 7.7% abv.“ Delicious.

Pouring from a 16 oz. can into a Willi Becher glass, this beer pours out a light and bright orange. Pinky width of perfectly white bubbles.
The nose carries a very interesting sweetness. A lot of sweet fruit going on; berries, strawberries, pineapple. Some vanilla cream and even something like oats, granola or cereal.
The taste brings much of the same thing. Some dry, granola type aspect going on mixing with the fruit sweetness and creaminess. I wouldn’t guess this a milkshake ipa, but I wouldn’t be surprised if a brewery labeled something like this as one. It kind of reminds me of strawberry and granola with yogurt or homemade strawberry oatmeal.
Creamy and sweet, bitterness is in there but it’s low.
Overall, it’s very unique and interesting. I like it.

L - 2-finger thick, offwhite head atop a dirty yellow body.
S - pineapple, mango, herb.
T - follows the nose. Lots of tropical fruit with supporting dankness. Low bitterness. Moderate sweetness. Low booziness.
F - medium body with higher carb.
O - different, but good. There is barely any bitterness here, and its quite sweet. But this hop combo works.
