Sour Hefeweizen - Brewed with German pilsner malt, local wheat from our pals at Double Eagle Malt and freshly picked dandelions. Soured with lactobacillus and gently hopped in the kettle with NZ Southern Cross. Fermented in a stainless dish bottom tank with our house hefeweizen yeast.
