Brewed with a mountain of fluffy oats, and fermented with our trusty house ale yeast. Pummeled twice in the fermenter with US Cashmere, as well as Nelson Sauvin and Motueka from our most recent selections in New Zealand.

Got in a trade with larryi86. 16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 8/28/2019. Pours very hazy deep golden amber color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, red apple, guava, coconut, gooseberry, white grape/wine, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, red apple, guava, coconut, gooseberry, white grape/wine, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, red apple, guava, coconut, gooseberry, white grape/wine, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly crisp/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.4%. Overall this is a fantastic NEDIPA. All around fantastic citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth, easy, and fairly crisp to drink with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish. Nicely soft and not overly aggressive. Fantastic Cashmere, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy hops; with a nice balancing wheat.oat/malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp resin dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding style example as expected. Well attenuated and not overly sweet/heavy for the ABV.

Poured from a tallboy can into a Dogfish Head tulip

L: Hazed bright golden orange pour. Thick foamy white head. Outstanding lacing.

S: Peach and stone fruits. White grapes and light citrus.

T.F: Just like it smells. Light grains up front. Fruit and sweets... peach, nectarine, and tangerine. Grapefruit and light tropicals... a bit of melon. Modest bitterness but well balanced. Creamy carbonation and slightly oily on the tongue. Medium bodied.... more stone fruit at the finish.

O: A semi-sweet big DIPA. Easy drinking... ABV somewhat hidden. A solid offering from Tired Hands.

L - massive, dense offwhite head atop a glimmering orange body.

S - grape must, white wine, orange, freshly-tossed salad, herb, lime.

T - vegetal to start. Potato, cabbage, carrot. Grape and white wine wash over the veggies, followed by some citrus. Somewhat dirty middle, with noticeable booze. Moderate bitterness. Low sweetness. Moderate booziness.

F - medium body and carb.

O - booze is not well hidden, and the vegetal hops are dominant and out of balance.

16 oz can, dated 8/28/19, poured into a teku

A- A hazy golden orange with two finger white head.

S- Pineapple, lime zest, citrus, earthy, a little dank, hints of peaches.

T- Melons, honeydew, some peaches, some tropical fruits and pineapple, hints of some pale malts, citrus zest, earthy, slightly dank.

M- Smooth, medium to full body, creamy.

O- I have been staying away from more Tired Hands DIPA releases because I feel a lot are too sweet, but this is balanced more like Alien Church.
