Whilst looking up what this beer was, I found this on the interwebz:
The latest heavily amplified psychedelic riff on THE boundary-pushing Culinary IPA series. Brewed with gobs of oats and lactose sugar. Conditioned atop luscious Madagascar vanilla beans, blood orange, strawberry and banana purée. Intensely hopped and then dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra. Huge notes of mimosa, fruit leather, dehydrated mango, rainbow sorbet.
All of that. In a beer. GTFOOH.
And yet ..... it’s pretty accurate. It does have huge mimosa notes, and I get the rainbow sorbet (palate cleanser!), and I even get some banana. All the flavors are bright and hide any hint of alcohol (no small feat in a 7.2% ABV beer). I am REALLY enjoying this.
But I gotta find out what in the heck “fruit leather” is.

From draft at TH. From the Instagram post: "Orange Lazarus Milkshake IPA is another one of our boundary-pushing culinary Milkshake IPAs. Brewed with oats, wheat and lactose sugar, and conditioned atop a bountiful cocktail of sticky-n-sweet blood orange, banana, and strawberry purées. Further conditioned as always on a generous helping of Madagascar vanilla beans, and dry hopped intensely with fresh, hand selected Mosaic and Citra from our most recent hop selections. Dreamt up with our Swedish sweet peas over at @omnipollo. Notes of tropical fruit parfait, banana cream pie, fresh squeezed tangerine, chantilly cream, and orange dreamsicle." Tastes as advertised but I think it will be better after a few weeks in the can. Seemed a bit sharp and tart to me, rather than smooth.
