From 16 oz can dated 11/15/2019. From the TH Instagram post: “ Quartz Milk is a No Boil IntraConically Hopped Galaxy & Vic Secret Double IPA. Brewed with a fluffy-but-hearty grist of raw wheat, flaked triticale (a wheat/rye hybrid), and malted oats. Unboiled, hopped lightly in the whirlpool, then absolutely pummelled throughout fermentation with Australian Galaxy and Vic Secret from the 2019 harvest. Notes of honeydew melon, fresh blueberry, pink peppercorns, and lemon meringue.” Very tasty; bitter finish.
