From 16oz can. From the Instagram post: “ Curvature of Certainty is a Sweet Potato & Rice DIPA with Lactose, Raspberry and Vanilla. Brewed with freshly roasted sweet potatoes, flaked rice, and lactose sugar. Fermented with raspberry puree, conditioned on fresh Madagascar vanilla beans, and dry hopped with a handy dose of American Simcoe, and Australian Galaxy and Ella. Notes of cotton candy grapes, blackberry compote, pink lemonade, and candied watermelon.” Pours an opaque rose color. Delicious nose of raspberry and vanilla, and a palate to match. Fabulous and much like the best milkshake IPAs that TH makes.

Looks like I will be the first to post a review. First let me say that Tired Hands makes some excellent and exciting brew my friends. Let’s open this one. From a pounder can, this beer pours a creamy fading creamsicle colored head with a really murky looking orange brown color. I’ve never seen a beer this exact hue before. Pungent orange/pineapple sweet nose with just a hint of vanilla in there. Sweetness knocks out most of the bitterness leaving a drying biting quality on the palate. Taste is great! Different than what you’ve had. Give this beer a try. It’s got the tropical fruit blast with the berries coming forward midway through the taste ending in a tangy biting finish. These guys put out lots of winners. Here’s another. Good stuff. Creamy with just enough carbonation.
