An absolutely freaked-out, overblown, insensible amplification of our perpetual dialog with Omnipollo. Brewed, per usual, with fluffy oats and wheat, and an extra generous dose of lactose sugar. Conditioned on an abundance of tart key lime purée lending to a very pleasant and yummy tartness, lightly balanced by an addition of graham cracker as well as a substantial helping of Madagascar vanilla beans. Hopped at an absolutely embarrassing rate with Citra and Mosaic from our most recent selections out west. Notes of very freshly picked key limes, sour peach candies, wisps of cinnamon & nutmeg and coconut pineapple tiki drinks.
