From draft at TH. From the tap list: “Local Spelt IPA. 5.5% Brewed in collaboration with our very good friends at Deer Creek Malthouse. This IPA showcases their earthy Keystone Pale malt & Pale Spelt. Hopped in the kettle & fermenter with the ever experimental Bru-1. Notes of pineapple trail mix, candied orange peel, spiced juicy fruit, and white peach tea.” Surprisingly tart for an IPA, almost like a saison.
