Poured from a fresh 16 oz can into a Treehouse IPA glass.
Look:
Shockingly clear! A very pretty, deep amber, absolutely zero haze.
Smell:
Yeasty, sour, mouth-watering.
Taste:
Yeasty, sweet-and-sour. Impressive blend.
Feel:
Light, crisp, thin.
Overall:
Beautiful beer, my favorite milkstave iteration even if it can't be aged like the bottles. A gorgeous blend of sour and ipa, as well as sour-sweet. Normally strawberry-kiwi would scare me away as too sweet, but it was a perfect compliment to the oak and yeast of the sour component.
